After seeing a picture of myself and realizing that
I was fat, I concluded that something needed to be done. I knew that I
needed more then just a gym membership I needed a lifestyle change. Ryan
Johnson will never realize how much he has changed my life. Before meeting
him, exercise was a foreign word that rarely crossed my path. The stress
in my life had taken over; my eating habits were awful, my health was
poor, and I got tired just walking out to get the mail.
Ryan has helped me evaluate my eating habits and
build an eating regiment that fit my lifestyle. The workouts helped to
reduce my stress levels, build confidence in going to the gym, and
improved my overall health. On top of all that, I have lost 7% body fat,
20 pounds, and inches all over. It is amazing what a little hard work can
do. With every workout, I see improvements that encourage me to continue.
Ryan’s workouts are unlike any other. He truly
caters them to his clients. Unlike the gym trainers, his focus is 100% on
his client to ensure that movements are done correctly, weights are not
too heavy or light and the safety of his clients come first. Training
sessions start on time and run the full length of time, no wimping out for
either of us here. Ryan always has a positive, encouraging, and go-get-um
attitude that makes clients want to come back. He knows when to push for
more and when a client has had enough, I never leave feeling as if I did
not get what I paid for.
Overall, my experience with Ryan has built me up,
and while I have a long way to go to meet my goal, I am starting to see
improvements that are making me happy. If you are looking for a personal
trainer who is more interested in the people around him then his clients
then move on, Ryan is truly focused on his clients and getting people in

Success Fitness Trainer will
get you in shape!! After a short time with Ryan, I was able to see
results and on the way to dramatic success. With a simple eating plan,
especially if you lead a busy lifestyle, training was really
enjoyable. Ryan knows how to get your body to respond to workouts, and
he had many different exercises I have never utilized before. In 5
weeks with Ryan I was able to lose 14 lbs while gaining 3 lbs of
muscle, and lowering my blood pressure. I strongly recommend, regardless
of fitness level. I'm down to 209 right now! Thanks again, Ryan!
